Section 06

Terms & Conditions

Standard engagement terms governing the development partnership.

6.1

Payment Terms

  • Billing is conducted monthly in advance.
  • Payments are due within 7 days from the date of invoice.
  • Accepted modes of payment include Bank Transfer, UPI, and NEFT.
  • A formal GST invoice will be provided for all transactions.
6.2

Engagement Model

  • The project operates on a dedicated team model to ensure maximum focus.
  • Development proceeds via Agile methodologies involving 2-week sprints.
  • Includes daily standups, bi-weekly demonstrations, and active feedback loops.
  • Clients are granted transparent access to task boards (Jira/Trello).
6.3

Timeline, Adjustments & Notice

  • The estimated duration for the delivery of outlined scope is approximately 2 months.
  • A 30-day notice period is required by either party prior to early termination.
  • Modifications to the scope will be evaluated via a formal Change Request (CR) process.
  • Consistent weekly progress reporting is maintained throughout the engagement.
6.4

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

  • Source code will not be provided to the client under this agreement.
  • The application will be delivered as a fully managed, hosted software service.
  • A comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be signed before commencement.
  • Strict confidentiality commitments continue indefinitely beyond project completion.
